Security is a degree of protection against danger, damage, loss or crime. The best way to avoid danger is monitoring. Monitoring is an example of an attitude of always ready no matter what happen to the security of People. 

b. Morally bad under all circumstances

       DOWNLOADING/SPREADING SEX VIDEOS USING COMPUTER

       Downloading or spreading sex videos using computer is morally bad under all circumstances because sex videos is prohibited to the law of land and law of god. Sex is must does by people without camera or not spreading to internet or web. Downloading a sex videos is must be stop or the websites of porn must be banned to web to be able to stop the crime of sex videos. for example the hayden kho sex scandals. No matter what they say downloading or spreading sex videos in the web is morally bad under all circumstances.

       HACKING

        Hacking is to ability to access computer networks, legally or otherwise. Hacking is morally good and morally bad under a certain circumstances because it defend from the hacker if he/she use hacking a good way or bad way. according to our teacher, hackers have two kinds: the GOOD hackers and BAD hackers. Good hackers are the Police or agent that hacks a connection to be able solve a crime. a BAD hackers are the one who hacks a bank account. Hacking is GOOD in a certain circumstances and BAD in a certain circumstances
